The undersigned Agency informs you that, for the purpose of assessing your request for information, it will be in possession of some personal data that you have given in the questionnaire. The data you have given will be processed and kept at the offices of Fabio Desideri, in Fiumicino, Via dei Nocchieri 139 (RM) in accordance with all current provisions.

The data you have given will be processed on paper and computer media and by telematic means, through privacy protection systems, to carry out your request and, only after receiving your explicit consent, (completely optional and cancellable at any time by sending an e-mail of cancellation), for the purpose of sending you material giving information about events, activities, promotional discounts of the Agency, the Association and its associates. Unnecessary data will be eliminated.

The data will be disclosed to third parties if necessary for carrying out your request. For example, they may be disclosed to hotel facilities belonging to the Association or to other accommodation tour operators, for the purpose of contacting you. All the authorized users (agency employees, administrative staff appointed for the purposes of law) may, if necessary and according to their authorization levels and profiles, also have knowledge of them. Data processors may also have knowledge of them.

The undersigned agency will take protective measures to ensure maximum confidentiality by the abovementioned third parties and inform them of the purposes for which the data have been given. Giving your data, necessary for carrying out your request, is necessary for us to consider your request and therefore your refusal to supply them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the undersigned Agency to carry out your request. On the other hand, giving data for the purpose of sending advertising material is absolutely optional and the only consequence of not giving them will be to not receive the material in question. All the data you give us will be kept for the time necessary for us to consider your request and in any case not after your request to be deleted.

The Data Controller is the undersigned Fabio Desideri. The data processor is Fabio Desideri. You may apply to her for everything that regards the processing of your data and, in particular, to exercise your rights as indicated in article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree D.lgs 196/03, and to see the complete list of other Data Processors, if any. You may exercise your rights at any time as indicated in article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree D.lgs 196/03, which we quote below: The data subject has the right to obtain information about the source of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, data identifying the data controller, data processors and designated representative pursuant to article 5 paragraph 2 of Italian Legislative Decree d.lgs 196/03: the parties and categories of parties to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may learn of it as designated representative in the country, data processors or authorized users.

The data subject also has the right to obtain, without delay, confirmation of whether or not data concerning him/her exist; the updating, rectification or integration of the data; the erasure, blocking, anonymisation of data processed unlawfully; the logic and purpose on which the processing is based, a declaration that the abovementioned operations have been brought to the knowledge of third parties to whom the data have been disclosed or disseminated. The data subject has the right to object to the processing of data for legitimate reasons and to object to processing for the purposes of sending advertising material, or direct selling, or to carry out market research and commercial communication. If the data subject dies, his/her rights may be exercised by his/her heirs.
